Fall Vintage Classic

The Fall Vintage Classic is a true modern classic

Built completely by hand using no tools or methods that were not available during the Golden Age of Persimmon.

No laser, no CNC, 100% handmade by John. 

The head used for this driver was turned from the 1959 MacGregor George Bayer GB1W Master. The shape is classic pear shape: rounded at the heel, deep faced with high toe

The insert is a hand made Eye-O-Matic Style brick red phenolic with 6061 aluminum center strip.. The scoring lines are cut by hand and paintfilled white. The 6061 aluminum soleplate hand stamped with "Custom".

Hand stamped "OIL HARDENED" on toe and "POWER MASTER" on heel. 

Hand engraved "JH" initials on neck.

The "Custom" and "Power Master" stamps are done with original authentic MacGregor factory stamps.

Each driver is built to order in your choice of hand, shaft, length, and Swingweight. Available in gloss, semi gloss or satin finish. (Gloss pictured)
